How do I update my bank account details?

Your security is important to us, so we take steps to make sure every detail is correct when making changes to your account.

To update your bank details, submit a ticket with the following details:

  • Username
  • Answer to your Security Question (ex. Mother's Maiden Name, Pet's Name, Place of Birth)
  • Email Address
  • Bank Account Holder Name(s)
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Address
  • Bank City
  • Bank Province
  • Bank Postal Code
  • Bank Account number
  • Bank Code (3 digits)
  • Branch Code (5 digits)
  • Account type (chequing or savings)
