To Win by Knockout or TKO

Knockout: When a boxer fails to beat the referee’s 10 count after a knockdown, or referee steps in to stop the fight.
TKO: A technical knockout (TKO) occurs when a boxer is deemed by the referee (and sometimes the ringside physician) to be unable to defend himself properly, when a boxer is deemed to have sustained a serious injury, or when a boxer decides he should not continue. Any corner retirement will be classed as a TKO.
